New Canaan’s largest multi-family housing community, Oenoke Condominiums, includes approximately 160 units located on 15 acres in downtown New Canaan, Connecticut. These two-story red-bricked units were initially developed as rental apartment-style and townhouse units and converted to condominiums in 1972.
The energy infrastructure upgrade replaced the oil tanks, boilers, and chillers and performed envelope improvements throughout. This is the largest capital project since its construction.
