SUSTAINABILITY UPGRADES
MHR Development worked extensively with the Old Town Hall Redevelopment Agency (OTHRA) and National Realty and Development Corporation (NRDC). The adaptive reuse of the Beaux Arts landmark building and Town Hall, built in 1905, cost approximately 17 million dollars. The Town Hall is located at the intersection of Atlantic, Main, and Bank Street with 39,200 square feet. MHR Development provided value engineering and strategic redevelopment services.
